🌴 Return Eligibility & Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygienic liners (if any) must remain intact
  • Original packaging is recommended for safe return shipping
  • Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments only

We understand swimwear fit can be personal—especially with sizing variations—so we aim to make exchanges and returns as smooth as possible.

  2. Receive return instructions and return address confirmation
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received, we will inspect and process your request within 4–7 days

For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped once your return is approved and processed.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 2–3 weeks

We ship internationally to most regions worldwide, with the exception of:

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Swimwear returned without protective hygienic liners
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by transit
